Season Pass Benefits
1. Best Price Guarantee
- Season Passholders enjoy the deepest discount on standard admission tickets that we offer to non-UMW students. You will never see a sale that gives you a better price!
2. Reduced Fees
- There is a $10 service fee per season pass—a savings of over 64% on the single ticket online convenience fee.
3. Guaranteed Premium Seats and Seating Priority
- Get your seats before anyone else! Season Passholders get to claim their seats before groups and single tickets go on sale, meaning you get first pick of the theatre—the best seats in the house!
4. Unlimited Flexibility and Exchanges
- You may exchange your tickets for any reason up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance, as long as tickets are available. Should you be unable to attend the performance the day of, please contact the Klein Theatre Box Office no later than 12 noon for matinees and 3:00 p.m. for evening performances and we will try to arrange stand-by tickets for another performance.
5. No Exchange Fees
- There are no fees to exchange your tickets.
6. New in 2026-27—Add-On Tickets
- When we email you that you may call the box office to exchange your seats or dates for a production (the Friday prior to the Box Office opening), you may add tickets to your order at the individual season pass price of $34 for a musical and $27 for a non-musical play AND we will waive the fees on those additional tickets.
7. Ticket Insurance
- Lose your ticket? No worries! We will reprint your tickets at no additional charge.
8. Excellent Customer Service
- Our student Box Office Staff is ready to help you! You can call (540)-654-1111 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. beginning the Friday before the Box Office opens to exchange your tickets (Don’t worry! We’ll remind you.), purchase additional tickets, and to get answers to any questions you may have. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. two weeks before Opening Night and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays for which we have a performance. The Box Office is also open one hour prior to all performances. Additionally, you may email tickets@fredtix.com.
